What To Expect Pregnancy & Baby Tracker

From the genius’ behind What to Expect When You’re Expecting comes this excellent resource for moms and dads. At the cost of $10.70 this application gives you personalized information down to the hour, and offers week-by-week videos to show how your baby is developing. One video is example is showing how your baby’s size compares to various, fruits, vegetables and/or objects. Also, with a thumbs up from pediatricians, this is a no-brainer to have on-hand.

This app is interesting because it provides more of a social component for expecting families. You can keep a journal on the app detailing moments in your pregnancy and your child’s life. Besides, the app makes it extremely easy to connect with other families to see if they are going through similar things that you are.

While these other apps give great insight into your child’s health, Mind the Bump gives expecting families different mental exercises that can be helpful in pregnancy. Being pregnant is hugely stressful! A few interesting things they discuss are meditation, yoga and breathing exercises.
