Walk-In Sunshine Surpasses First Year Fundraising Goals, Special Thanks to Frank Isoldi!

Walk In Sunshine Charity is excited to announce that we have surpassed our first-year fundraising goal by over $2,000, ultimately raising 12,000 dollars in only 4 months of going public. Special Thanks to Frank Isoldi for choosing us as his annual Charity to support with his Holiday gift. His extremely generous donation pushed us over the edge. We are so fortunate to have the support of such a compassionate, philanthropic Community leader in Westfield. We are extremely humbled that he chose Walk In Sunshine. His endorsement will help bring our name and mission into so many local homes.

Established in 2017 by Westfield, NJ residents Louis and Francine Magrone, Walk In Sunshine Charity is a registered 501(c)(3) organization that is a resource to families who have lost a child by providing both online resources and financial assistance to local NJ families.

After losing a child, Lou and Francine began to understand the difficult decisions that parents and families can face.

“Walk in Sunshine is for parents dealing with the financial and logistical components of child loss,” he said, adding “We are consistently upgrading the website to provide more specific resources for the different types of losses our community may be suffering from. Families of Children who have passed from addiction, suicide, of chronic illness will continue to see blogs and books being added to our website in the near future.”

In 2019, Walk-in Sunshine will further their mission to provide resources to Westfield and Union County, while partnering with local businesses and charities to bring awareness to our website and financial support to local families.
